Over the last decade the Government, along with the EU, have bought in new and wide ranging legislation to protect the environment from any contamination caused by the recycling of scrap metal.

At A Goodman and Son, we have worked closely with our local Environment Agency in all aspects of the development of our site so that we fully meet the regulations with regard to possible contamination. We are inspected regularly to check on our compliance with these regulations.

A Goodman and Son issues a Duty of Care Transfer Note that covers either a single collection, or as in most cases, a yearly ticket which covers all collections for that period.
